It was recently recommended to me that I read a coming-of-age YA book called Perks of Being a Wallflower, all while being told “it is a beautiful read” and that I “must” read it.
For the past two weeks I have been working with News Associate at Journalism Summer School. It’s been a very fun and rewarding time. It taught me a wide range of subjects within the industry, and even got me to work on a paper they run.
My mind has practically blown over how many areas of journalism there are, and which ones I could work in.
