Right after “a Pop of Colour”, our task is to do a shot in monochrome! One that had to be one of architecture. A clever twist of a challenging our perspectives in both structure and colour.
It’s funny because I shoot architecture a lot (although not all of it makes it to Instagram!). As a history lover, I do love old buildings. They reminded me that people were here before and they had hopes, dreams, and fears not dissimilar to ours today.
Furthermore, historic buildings are beautiful!
Although I usually shoot in colour, I do admire monochrome; it’s dark, dynamic, moody, and sophisticated.
